Throughout the NBA Finals this year, Nike pushed their MVP Puppet commercials featuring Kobe Bryant and LeBron James harder than any other Nike campaign I’ve seen before. Within those commercials they featured another character named Lil Dez. With such a great turnout of the campaign Nike has decided to create a shoe that commemorates the commercials that have aired.
These shoes feature a 100% red synthetic base with purple inner lining and a clean white mid sole. A interesting feature would have to be the many hints of Lil Dez’s comments throughout the shoe. Along with the shoe you also get a Lil Dez towel, which looks just like the Lil Dez character on the tongue tag. No word on the official release date but these will be available soon to select Nike quickstrike accounts.
